Paul and Sarah Klaassen met while working as chefs at the Biltmore Estate. They made their home and started their family in Hendersonville, NC. This is where they decided to create their first restaurant concept, HenDough. The perfect mix of sweet and savory. They have since grown to 2 children, and 2 HenDough locations!

Let’s not forget the 4 dogs and a cat.
